Location: the hotel was right by Arts Centre great and the Princess ferry and both the cocktail bar and early arrivals at the restaurant. The room itself was well-maintained and huge with a QS or KS bed and good view, as example as advertised. The pool was great and I had free soft drinks in the poolside bar.

It had not so great views.

The staff here offer top-notch service, the breakfast at the restaurant is great and reasonably priced, and the location is fantastic, making it easy to walk to all the places we wanted to visit.

Despite some outdated decor, the hotel was well-maintained. The location was convenient for both business and leisure activities. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The service at Bayview On the Park was impecable. Our room was clean and fitted our needs perfectly and the parking was an extra bonus for the rental car.

Just wheeling bags up and down the carpark steps. Thank goodness I only needed to do this on arrival and departure.

Coffee with meal was cold

Great location, rooms have floor to ceiling windows overlooking albert park, port phillip bay and the grand prix track. Good hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff and most importantly great coffee at breakfast !

Close to city for entertainment

The room we had was spacious with comfortable beds, and we enjoyed the complementary coffee and tea. the restaurant had amazing food that we really enjoyed. the location was great and convenient for exploring the city.

Our air conditioning wasn't very effective on a particularly hot day, which led to an uncomfortable night's sleep. It would have been helpful if it had worked better.

Check in was smooth, room was large and comfortable.

Upon arriving back to our room at midnight a function was being held in the downstairs bar area - which happened to be directly over our room - we could hear the music quite clearly. It did stop at about 12.30 am though.We found the doors noisy when closing - there was a lot of door banging during the night - maybe the doors could be "soft closing" somehow?

Absolutely rude staff and the keys of the door don't work at all.the worst part is the staff they are all rude and extremely unhelpful

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center with easy access to all the main attractions. Secondly, the price was excellent value for money, especially considering the quality of the rooms. I loved the attention to detail, with small older style TVs and amenities that gave the room a charming vintage feel. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the rooms with a spectacular view of the nearby park.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.
